This website and service are operated by Eryon LTD (EOOD).

Throughout these terms, "Company", "we", "us", and "our" refer to Eryon LTD, while "Customer", "User", "you", and "your" refer to the person using the service.

Once Again Moments provides custom-made AI-assisted video creation services using photographs supplied by customers.

• Customers may upload photographs and provide instructions, messages, or preferences.
• The company uses artificial intelligence technologies and production methods to create personalized video content.
• Each video is custom-made and produced specifically for the customer.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You have legal capacity to enter into contracts.
• All information you provide is accurate.
• You have all necessary rights and permissions relating to uploaded content.

By submitting photographs or other content, you represent and warrant the following:

• You own the uploaded content or have obtained all necessary permissions and rights.
• You have authority to use the images.
• You have authority to request the creation of AI-generated content based on such images.
• Your use of the service does not violate any law or third-party rights.

The terms specifically state: "I have all necessary permissions and legal rights to upload and use these images."

The company does not independently verify ownership, consent, familial relationships, inheritance rights, publicity rights, or permissions associated with submitted content.

The service may be used to create content based on photographs of deceased persons.

• The company does not verify family relationships.
• The company does not verify heir status or inheritance rights.
• The company does not verify authorization from relatives.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that you possess any necessary rights, permissions, or authorizations to submit such photographs.

You may not upload or request content involving the following:

• Celebrities
• Public figures
• Politicians
• Political campaigns
• Defamation
• Harassment
• Hate speech
• Fraud
• Scams
• Adult content
• Illegal content
• Content violating intellectual property rights
• Copyrighted materials you do not own or control

The company reserves the right to reject any content at its sole discretion.

The company may reject, suspend, cancel, or refuse any order at any time and for any reason, with or without explanation.

Where appropriate, a refund may be issued for work not yet started.

The service uses artificial intelligence technologies, and AI-generated content is inherently probabilistic and may contain inaccuracies, inconsistencies, or unexpected results.

• Historical accuracy

All generated content constitutes an artistic interpretation.

While the company may make commercially reasonable efforts to create outputs resembling the persons shown in submitted photographs, it does not guarantee that any generated person, voice, movement, facial feature, expression, age, appearance, or characteristic will accurately match a real individual.

Minor or significant differences do not constitute a defect in the service.

Customer dissatisfaction based on the following is not grounds for refund, compensation, damages, or chargebacks:

• Artistic style
• Emotional response
• Personal preference
• Similarity concerns
• Realism concerns
• Voice concerns
• Creative choices

• Estimated delivery time is generally 1 to 3 business days.
• Delivery times are estimates only.
• The company does not guarantee specific delivery dates.
• Videos are delivered through email and downloadable links.

The company determines whether a requested change qualifies as the included revision.

All payments are collected before work begins.

A separate Refund Policy forms part of these terms.

By placing an order, you expressly request immediate performance of a custom digital service.

You acknowledge that once performance begins, any applicable withdrawal or cancellation rights may be lost to the extent permitted by law.

The company will not use customer content for marketing or portfolio purposes without separate express consent.

Customers agree to contact the company before initiating a chargeback.

The company may provide this evidence to payment processors, banks, or financial institutions to contest chargeback claims.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the company's total liability for any claim relating to the service shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order.

The company shall not be liable for the following:

• Lost profits
• Emotional distress
• Indirect damages
• Consequential damages
• Reputational harm
• Loss of data
• Loss of opportunity

The company is not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

• Internet failures
• Power outages
• Third-party AI service outages
• Cloud service outages
• Cyber incidents
• Government actions
• Natural disasters

These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria.

Any dispute arising from these terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bulgaria.

These terms may be made available in multiple languages. If there is a conflict between translations, the Bulgarian-language version prevails.
