Custom Digital Services
All videos are custom-made digital products created specifically for individual customers.
Because each order is personalized, refunds are limited.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued if work has not yet started.
Refunds may be issued if the company is unable to complete the order.
Refunds may be issued if technical failures make fulfillment impossible.
Non-Refundable Situations
No refund for customer dissatisfaction, artistic preferences, similarity concerns, voice concerns, AI-generated inaccuracies, or differences between expectations and results.
No refund for poor-quality uploaded photos, changes of mind, or delayed customer responses.
Completed Orders & Chargebacks
Once a completed video has been delivered, no refund will be issued except where required by applicable law.
Customers are encouraged to contact the company before initiating a chargeback. The company may submit order records, communications, uploaded content, and delivery evidence in response to disputes.
